LIVE LIFE THROUGH
A LENS OF GRATITUDE
My dad died 10 years ago. Suicide robbed him from me. In that moment, life forced me to make a choice – let the pain take me down or use the pain as fuel to become who I am meant to be. I chose to rise up and to bring others with me.

In the darkest times, practicing gratitude grounded me. I chose to acknowledge the bad but focus on the good. Gratitude offered hope
and faith, when it seemed there was none. Gratitude paved the way
to better days, to a bright future, and to the life I truly wanted.
Gratitude saved me. It can save you too.

My company, Gr@titude, offers hope to others who are suffering. For every pair of Gr@titude sunglasses purchased, we send a gratitude journal to a teenager struggling with depression. Our sunglasses are a vehicle for this important reminder.

WHY GR@TITUDE?
ADVOCATING FOR MENTAL HEALTH AND COMMUNITY
Humans are social creatures. We are not meant to be alone, especially in moments of suffering.
At Gr@titude, we strongly believe in reaching out to those whose lives have been affected by mental illness. Shame has caused them to suffer in silence. The consequences are deadly.
